These Terms & Booking Conditions apply to all suppliers exhibiting at Fox & Bee Wedding Fairs.

 

By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Approach

 

Fox & Bee Wedding Fairs are curated events.

 

We carefully select suppliers to ensure a balanced, high-quality experience for both exhibitors and couples.

 

Submitting an application or enquiry does not guarantee a space.

3. Booking & Confirmation

​

• All bookings are subject to approval

• A booking is only confirmed once:

  • Your place has been accepted, and

  • Payment (or deposit) has been received

 

We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

​

• Payment is required in full to secure your space at a Fox & Bee Wedding Fair

• Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received

• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

 

We reserve the right to release any unconfirmed spaces if payment is not received within the stated timeframe.

5. Cancellations

 

If you cancel your booking:

• Payments are non-refundable

• Transfers to another event may be considered at our discretion

​

In the unlikely event that Fox & Bee cancels an event:

• A refund or transfer will be offered

​

6. Space Allocation

​

• Stand locations are allocated by Fox & Bee

• We aim to ensure a balanced layout across all suppliers

• Specific placement requests cannot be guaranteed

​

7. Supplier Conduct

 

All exhibitors are expected to:

• Present their brand professionally

• Respect fellow suppliers and the venue

• Avoid aggressive sales tactics

• Maintain a welcoming and considered presence

 

We reserve the right to ask any supplier to leave if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

8. Set-Up & Breakdown

​

• Set-up and breakdown times will be provided in advance

• Suppliers must adhere to these timings

• All areas must be left clean and in good condition

9. Equipment & Liability

​

• Suppliers are responsible for their own equipment and displays

• Fox & Bee is not liable for:

  • Loss, theft or damage

  • Personal injury

  • Supplier property

 

We recommend appropriate insurance cover.

10. Branding & Presentation

 

We encourage suppliers to present their brand in a way that aligns with the overall tone of the event.

​

Fox & Bee reserves the right to request adjustments where a display is not in keeping with the event standard.

11. Marketing & Promotion

 

By exhibiting, you agree that:

• Fox & Bee may use images or videos from the event for marketing purposes

• You may also be featured across our website and social channels

​

12. Exclusivity

 

We aim to limit direct competition within categories where possible, but exclusivity cannot be guaranteed.

​

Final supplier selection is at our discretion.

​

13. Changes to Events

 

We reserve the right to:

• Make changes to event details

• Adjust layout or supplier mix

• Modify timings if necessary

14. Force Majeure

 

Fox & Bee is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather

• Venue issues

• Government restrictions

5. Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
