Fox & Bee Wedding Fair Invoice Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Exhibitor spaces are not confirmed or secured until payment has been received and cleared in full.

Booking Confirmation

Submission of payment confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions and secures your agreed exhibitor space at the event.

Late or Outstanding Payments

Fox & Bee reserves the right to release or reallocate any exhibitor space where payment has not been received within the agreed timeframe. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled without notice.

Cancellations by Exhibitor

Payments are non refundable in the event of cancellation by the exhibitor.

If an exhibitor can no longer attend, Fox & Bee may, at its discretion, attempt to refill the space. Any refunds offered are entirely at the discretion of the organiser.

Event Changes

Fox & Bee reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to event layouts, timings, supplier positioning and floor plans where necessary.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that the wedding fair is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, all payments made will be transferable to a future event date. Refunds will be considered at the organiser’s discretion depending on circumstances and costs already incurred.

Public Liability & Responsibility

Exhibitors are responsible for their own equipment, stock, promotional materials and public liability insurance where applicable. Fox & Bee accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to exhibitor property during the event.

Electrical Equipment & Power Requirements

Any exhibitor requiring access to power must notify Fox & Bee in advance of the event.

All electrical equipment brought onto site must be safe, suitable for public use and, where applicable, covered by valid and up to date PAT testing certification. Fox & Bee reserves the right to refuse the use of any equipment deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own extension leads, chargers and equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Stand Space & Setup

Exhibitors must keep all displays, equipment and promotional materials within the boundaries of their allocated space unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Fox & Bee reserves the right to request adjustments to any display considered unsafe, excessively disruptive or not in keeping with the overall style and presentation of the event.

Supplier Exclusivity

Fox & Bee may limit the number of exhibitors within certain supplier categories in order to maintain a balanced and high quality experience for both suppliers and couples. Booking does not guarantee category exclusivity unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Conduct & Presentation

Fox & Bee aims to create a welcoming, professional and well curated experience for both couples and suppliers. Exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

Marketing & Photography

Fox & Bee reserves the right to photograph and film the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, exhibitors grant permission for images and footage containing their stand, branding or representatives to be used across social media, websites and future promotional materials.

Force Majeure

Fox & Bee shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances outside of reasonable control including, but not limited to, severe weather, venue issues, government restrictions, supplier failure or acts of God.
